Many motorcycle enthusiasts assume that because they do not have a front number plate, speeding cameras and other traffic enforcement cameras cannot catch then committing driving offences.

Unfortunately, many authorities now possess cameras which take photographs of vehicles from the front, back and side. Furthermore, many cameras are able to capture a rider’s face even when the visor on their motorcycle helmet is closed.

Due to technological progression in the area of traffic enforcement, motorcyclists cannot afford to be complacent.

If you have been flashed on your motorcycle, call our team of German lawyers on +49 (0) 221 / 951 563 0 for advice on what to do next.
